Spinach Manicotti
pkg manicotti
pkg froz spinach- drain and cook till tender. remove strings.
1 15 oz ricotta cheese
1 8 oz mozarella shredded
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
cook shells until 1/2 done. mix spinach with ricotta and stuff shells. Put in a pan and cover with 1 jar sp. sauce, your choice.
Cook 30 min at 350 until bubbly.
